# Free GBP Appeal Evidence File Naming Checklist

Use this before uploading evidence for a Google Business Profile suspension appeal. The goal is to make every file easy to identify, easy to reference, and easy to review for private details.

`number-evidence-type-profile-fact-date-or-status.ext`

Examples:

- `01-business-license-name-address-current.pdf`

- `03-change-log-phone-website-2026.pdf`
- `04-redacted-job-record-service-area-current.pdf`
- `05-appeal-cover-sheet-evidence-summary.pdf`

## Checklist
